A marriage life is successful only when there is understanding between the couples whereas it hinges like a pivot and suffers when there is misunderstanding between the partners. There are many cases seen where couples have a spat over some minor issues, which with time goes on increasing and finally becomes a big problem and in many cases couples have switched to divorce. So, if the first minor problem is resolved as soon as it occurs then by the time any other problem arises that will be forgotten. One of the main problems couples face are marriage and loan issues.
If you have taken a small loan and you can easily meet the monthly installments on time, then everything is ok. But if it happens that one month you find that you are unable to pay that month’s installments and you leave that payment to be paid when the time for the next monthly installments comes.
In the next month you have to pay double. If it happens that in the next month you are once again unable to pay the installment and it continues for several months then it will become a serious problem for you. Your finances will begin to spiral out of control and at the same time your life may end up in a financial mess. Same is the case with the marriage life, leaving one problem will not bother you, avoiding another may also have no affect on your marriage life but leaving one problem after another problem unresolved will swamp your marriage life completely.
If you or your spouse take out a loan it has to be repaid whether the other party knows of it or not. This will put a strain on the finances if there is not much money coming in. Both parties will be legally responsible for the loan and if it is defaulted on then both parties will suffer the consequences. This remains true even when the parties have split up and the marriage has led to divorce. Both parties would have to agree on who pay the loan or what amount both parties will be responsible for.
Also if either party takes out a loan prior to getting married then the other spouse will not be responsible for the debt. This loan however can affect the marriage because funds will have to be diverted from the marriage to pay this loan. Some loans will require both spouses to sign the loan agreement before the loan is dispersed. This can be held up or not entered into if one of the parties is not on board with getting a loan.
